• Rates are in NZD and are GST inclusive.
• Please add a cleaning bond of $100 to your booking deposit. This bond is refundable if the Cottages are left in their found state. This bond is not applicable to Schoolhouse accommodation.
• Tinui Station Homestead Cottages are non-smoking however guests are able to smoke outdoors. Standard tobacco products only please.
• Tinui Station Homestead Cottages are not suitable for children under 18 years old although families are welcome if ALL Cottage accommodation is booked.
• Tinui  Station Homestead Cottages are not suitable for pets.
• Guests are responsible for any loss, breakages or damage incurred during their stay.

Cancellation policy

• Within 7 days of arrival 100% of total net rate charged.
• Within 8-30 days of arrival 50% of total net rate charged.
• Outside or 31 days from arrival there is no cancellation charge.
