Tinui Station Homestead Cottages is non smoking, however guests may smoke outside.
Guests must be 18 years or older.
No pets.
Guests are responsible for any loss, breakages or damage incurred during their stay.
Cancellation Policy
Within 7 days of arrival 100% of total net rate charged.
Within 8-30 days of arrival 50% of total net rate charged.
Outside of 31 days of arrival there is no cancellation charge.
